PSALM 20:1-5

FOR ESPECIALLY FOR YOU in the year 2015.

A Psalm of David.

1In times of trouble, may the LORD respond to your cry. May the God of Israel keep you safe from all harm. 2May he send you help from his sanctuary and strengthen you from Jerusalem. 3May he remember all your gifts and look favourably on your burnt offerings. Interlude 4May he grant your heart’s desire and fulfil all your plans. 5May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory, flying banners to honor our God. May the LORD answer all your prayers. Psalm 20:1-5

In times of trouble, May the LORD respond to your cry.
The LORD here in Capital letters stands for Jesus himself in the Old Testament. We all go through troubles and tough situations, wherever we go.
You try to live in peace with everyone but still you are not taken serious.
You are being attacked on the daily basis by the very same people you have helped in many ways.
Do not stop crying to God because God is able to respond to your cry when you are in trouble.
Crying to man is enslavement on its own.
May the God of Israel keep you safe from all Harm.
The work of the devil is to steal, to kill and to destroy according to John 10:10 Bu Jesus says that “he came so that we might have life and have it more abundantly.”
All the dangers of the devil can be kept away by Jesus our Lord.
May the God of Israel keep you safe from all harm not some of the hurts but all harm, at work, on the road at home, with your neighbours and with crooks who want to sell you wrong things and cars.
May God send you help from his holy Place and strengthen you.
I personally need endless help from the father.
I personally need strength from the Father because of all the attacks I come across on the daily basis.
Thus God is there to send help when needed and strengthened me at all time.
May God remember your gifts, your offering and your tithes. Verse
What we give to God is not in vain. Remember God gave Jesus to us and we have the church today which is the mighty force used by God worldwide to save the world.
What we give to God will never be forgotten by God in any way.
What we give to God will always be remembered by God and his Word says “give and it shall be given to you…” Luke 6:38
Remember someone got an operation of a kidney from heaven since he gave by mistake a doctor’s report that was seen by Angels and the report was given in heaven to God and God immediately instructed that an operation be done on him. Angels where there when the offering was counted and saw all the people who gave, hence they reported to God what they saw in the offering plate.
Your offering will never go unnoticed with God. Remember the offering of Cain and Abel, both those offerings never went unnoticed.
May he grant you your heart desires. Verse 4 and fulfil all of your plans.
God says our hearts desires and knows our plans Jeremiah 11:29 “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring you the future you hope for”
Our God specialises with fulfilment of plans for his people on earth.
He knows about all the plans people have whether evil or good plans.
May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory.

May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory. Whatever type of breakthrough, May we shout for joy.

When our youth are being married, let us shout for joy.
When our youth are employed, let us shout for joy.
When you get promotion, let us shout for joy
When God blesses you with a car, let us shout for joy.
When God blesses you with a house, let us shout for joy.
When God give you health, let us shout for joy.

May God answer all of your prayers. 5
Hanna’s prayers were answered by God
Job’s prayers were answered by God
Samson’s prayer was answered by God.
Jesus’ prayers were answered by God.
Your prayers are being answered by God on a daily basis.

Be greatly blessed by God in whatever you are doing this year.

From Pastor John Sigudla

As I was doing my devotion this week this Psalm came very strong in my spirit and spoke so strong to me, and I decided to pass it over to you too. May it become relevant in your situation too as it became relevant in my situation. Be blessed. John Sigudla
